条約改革：〔欧州議会〕憲法委員会が政府間会議に対し青信号
【10日・欧州議会発表】欧州議会憲法問題委員会は、EU条約改革に関する政府間会議（IGC）に対して青信号を与えることについて、賛成の議決をした。〔9日〕月曜日に採択され、〔11日〕水曜日にストラスブールの本会議で採決に付される予定の同委員会報告書は、「提出されているEU新条約案は、憲法〔条約〕草案の大部分を組み入れてはいるものの、加盟国に認められた例外によってEUの団結は弱められた」と述べている。欧州議会の意見は、政府間会議開始の要件となっている。
