改革条約：ジスカール・デスタンが「レファレンダム回避のためのメイク変え」と発言
【17日・欧州議会発表】ヴァレリー・ジスカール・デスタンによれば、「欧州理事会は、批准の際のレファレンダムのリスクを回避するため、拒絶された憲法〔条約〕のお化粧を変えることに合意したに過ぎない」。元「欧州の将来に関するコンヴェンション」議長〔であるジスカール・デスタン氏〕は、〔欧州議会〕憲法問題委員会に対し、〔17日〕火曜日に行われた討論において、このような評価を伝えた。討論には、理事会議長国を代表してポルトガルのルイス・アマード外務大臣も参加していた。
