競争：欧州委員会がバナナ販売カルテルの疑いによる拒否通知送付を公表

【27日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、今週、バナナの販売に関するカルテルへの参加の疑いで、輸入業者を含めた数多くの企業に対して拒否通知を送付したことを公表した。カルテルへの参加は、欧州共同体条約81条・欧州経済地域協定53条違反となる。
