欧州委員会がポーランドに対する仮処分を欧州司法裁判所に申請 ロスプダ渓谷の道路建設差止求め
【30日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、本日、ロスプダ渓谷（原生林・自然生息地として保護地域となっており、全欧的な重要性を有する）に回復不能のダメージを与えることになる道路建設につき、ポーランドにその差止を命ずる仮処分を申請した。渓谷を貫通する「アウグストフ・バイパス」（Augustow bypass）の建設工事を8月1日に開始しないことにつき、ポーランド政府が約束を行わなかったため、欧州委員会は、欧州司法裁判所による緊急措置を求めるに至ったものである。欧州委員会は、2007年3月に、「アウグストフ・バイパス」ともう一つの「ヴァシリコフ・バイパス（Wasilkow bypass）」の建設計画について、全欧的な重要性を有する自然地域に惹き起こされるダメージを理由として、欧州司法裁判所に訴えを提起していた。今回求めた仮処分が命じられれば、3月から係属しているこの事案について同裁判所が判決を下す時点まで、当該工事は差し止められる。
