競争：欧州委員会のネーリー・クルース委員が訪中 競争政策の協力強化のため
【31日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会のネーリー・クルース委員は、2007年9月3日から5日にかけて、北京を訪問し、競争政策や欧州委員会・中国競争当局間の協力強化について、ハイレベル閣僚会合を行う。また、クルース委員は、中国と欧州の経済や、競争力強化における競争政策の役割についても話し合う予定である。クルース委員は、滞在中、商務省（商务部）・国家工商行政管理総局（国家工商行政管理总局）等でハイレベル閣僚会合を行うとともに、高名な学者や欧中ビジネス界の代表者とも会合する。今回の訪中は、中華人民共和国全国人民代表大会常務委員会（中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会常务委员会）が最初の包括的な独占禁止法を採択したことに対応するものである。今回の訪中は、欧中競争政策対話の枠内において行われるものであり、2003年に開始した競争政策の問題について議論する欧中間の一連の接触の最新のものとなる。
