反テロ闘争：ヨーロッパがテロリズムの脅威から市民を保護する能力を増強

【6日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、本日、反テロ闘争におけるEUの能力改善を目的とする新しい法案パッケージを採択した。この法案パッケージの対象は、テロリストの訓練・テロリストの募集・テロ攻撃を行うよう公に煽る行為の犯罪化、テロリストによる爆発物の使用の予防、法の執行における調査で航空会社の乗客情報の使用である。また、この法案パッケージは、EUの反テロの重要な法的手段の1つの実施に関する報告書も含んでいる。
