アジール申請者の受け入れに関するEU共同基準の達成：受け入れ条件指令転換実施報告書
【26日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、本日、アジール申請者の受け入れの最低基準を定める指令（2003年1月27日の欧州共同体指令2003年9号、「受け入れ条件指令」と呼ばれる）につき、加盟国の実施を評価する報告書を公表した。この評価報告書の結果は、フランコ・フラッティーニ副委員長が最近開始した「将来の欧州共同アジール制度についての緑書」に関する諮問の結論とともに、2010年までには、受け入れ条件に関する立法枠組の調和の進展の基盤を形成することになる。これは、ハーグ・プログラム〔2004年〕の目的にのっとったものである。
