欧州近隣政策の強化――さらなる努力が必要
【5日・欧州委員会発表】欧州近隣政策（ENP）を強化する既に提出された案件を実現するためには、EU側のさらなる努力が必要である。欧州委員会のベニータ・フェッレーロ＝ヴァルトナー委員（外交・欧州近隣政策担当）の新しい告示は、とりわけEU近隣の通商・流動性・固定化した紛争の解決の分野において、加盟国と欧州委員会にはいかなる行動が必要かを論じている。近隣国における部門別の改革を強化するため、多くの行動が2008年に予定されている。来春公表されるもう一本の告示は、近隣パートナーのパフォーマンスや、各国の進捗報告を扱う予定である。
