直接課税：加盟国の濫用防止法制につき欧州委員会が適用対象と調整の改善を要求
【10日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、本日、加盟国に対し、直接税の分野における濫用防止法制につき、関連する欧州司法裁判所判例から導かれる原則に徴して一般的な見直しを実行するよう求めるとともに、直接税の分野における可能な解決策の調整について調査するよう求める告示を採択した。租税法の濫用を防ぐため、加盟国は、濫用防止法制（当該加盟国領土における企業の所得が他国へと移転されることにより、課税標準が〔意図的に〕縮小されることを防止すること目的とする）を実施している。加盟国の既存の濫用防止法制は、条約が規定する自由を適切に考慮していないことが多く、このために問題が増加している。欧州委員会は、直接税におけるEU調和アプローチ枠組において、加盟国が欧州共同体法の要件にのっとって濫用防止法制を設けることを支援し、加盟国が直面する問題に対する建設的で調整された対応の射程を調査する用意がある。
