気候変動防止・燃料費削減・欧州競争力強化の支援のため自動車のCO2排出を制限する欧州委員会法案
【19日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、本日、新車の平均CO2排出量を2012年までに1キロメートル当たり120グラムまで削減する法案を提出した。法案は、自動車の燃費を改善するEUの戦略の基礎である。〔自動車のCO2排出は、〕欧州連合の炭素排出量の約12パーセントを占めている。また、この法案は、京都議定書とポスト京都議定書の温室効果ガス削減約束に関するEUのリーダーシップと決意を強調するものである。
