【18日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会のフランコ・フラッティーニ副委員長（司法・自由・公安担当）は、本日、欧州委員会がセルビアとのヴィザなし渡航に関する対話を開始すると発表した。技術的レヴェルでの最初の会合は、2008年1月30日にベオグラードで開催される予定である。
