理事会が欧州工科大学院に関する共同見解を採択
【21日付・29日理事会発表】理事会は、本日、欧州工科大学院（EIT = European Institute of Innovation and Technology）設立規則案について、共同見解を採択した。
この共同見解（15647/07 +ADD1）は、規則案に関する理事会の2007年11月23日の政治的合意を承けたものである。
理事会の共同見解は、欧州議会の第二読会の投票に従うというものであり、これにより、理事会による最終的な規則採択後直ちに、2008年春からEITの実施を効果的に行えるようになる。
