限定受信方式サーヴィス保護指令：欧州委員会の利害関係者諮問
【11日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、限定受信システムを利用するサーヴィス（ペイTV、ビデオ・オン・デマンド等）に関して、パブリックコメントを立ち上げ、利害関係者に対する情報提供を依頼しているところである。このパブリックコメントは、限定受信方式サーヴィス指令に関するインパクト・アセスメント研究に引き続いて行われるものである。欧州委員会は、同指令の実施に関する第二次報告書を作成するにあたって、インパクト・アセスメント研究とパブリックコメント手続により収集された情報を使用する予定である。パブリックコメントは、2008年4月4日まで受け付ける。
