付加価値税パッケージ：欧州委員会が新サーヴィス提供地ルールと新付加価値税還付手続のエコフィン理事会採択を歓迎
【11日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会は、理事会がサーヴィス提供地に関する新ルールを実施する法令を採択したことを歓迎する。本日採択された法文は、2007年12月4日にいわゆる付加価値税パッケージについて政治的な合意に達したことを承けたものである。これにより、サーヴィスに課せられる付加価値税が消費国に生じることとなり、また、より迅速な手続を保証するため、新たな付加価値税還付請求手続が創設される。
