2008年2月：EUとユーロ圏の双方で景況感がさらに悪化

【2月29日・欧州委員会発表】2月の景況感指数（ESI）は、EUとユーロ圏の双方においてさらに下落した。EUの景況感指数は3.1ポイント下落して100.2となり、ユーロ圏の景況感指数は1.6ポイント下落して100.1となった。2007年半ばより下降線を辿っている景況感指数は、EU・ユーロ圏の双方において長期平均値に至ったことになる。
