フィゲル委員が高等教育における欧州品質保証登録簿（EQAR）の開始を歓迎

【4日・欧州委員会発表】欧州の大学の教育活動の質は、品質保証機関（quality assurance agencies）によって周期的に評価されるが、誰がこれらの品質保証機関の質をチェックするのであろうか。この問題に対する答えが、2008年3月4日にブリュッセルで公式に開始する「高等教育における欧州の品質保証登録簿」（EQAR = European Quality Assurance Register in Higher Education）である。登録簿は2008年夏までに始動する予定である。登録簿は、ステイクホルダー・社会パートナー・政府による非営利的な連合体によって管理される予定であり、資金についても共同で拠出される。
