ルクセンブルクが雇用における男女平等取扱に関するEU法を未施行
【6日・欧州委員会発表】欧州司法裁判所（ECJ）は、本日、ルクセンブルクが、雇用・職業教育・昇進・労働条件における男女平等取扱に関する欧州共同体指令（欧州共同体指令2002年73号）を転換しておらず、EU法に違反していると判示した。この指令の加盟国転換期限は2005年10月5日だった。
