指導的地位の女性はいまだに見えない壁に突き当たっている――EU報告書
【6日・欧州委員会発表】欧州委員会の新たな報告書によれば、欧州の女性は、最近の進展にもかかわらず、政界においても実業界においても、いまだにトップの地位から締め出されている。EU全域において、女性議員の割合は24パーセントである（10年前の16パーセントからは上昇した）。官庁においても同じような割合となっている。民間においては、大企業幹部の10人中9人が男性であり、社長の3分の2が男性である。この報告書は、3月8日の国際女性デーに合わせて公表されるものであり、今年後半に立ち上げられる予定の、欧州の指導的地位の女性の新たなネットワークに先行するものである。
